• I have seen another Strap on the market.  How is the J-Strap different?

Yes, there is a competitor's product on the market that is comparable to the J-Strap.  The big difference is that their product is made from thick, rigid, nylon material while the J-Strap is made from a SOFT, neoprene material.  After shooting for over 2 minutes, the competitors product will start to cause loss of blood flow (fingers start to tingle), chafing of the skin, while becoming irritable.  The J-Strap allows for no irritation, allowing for usage for longer periods of time.  Also the competitors product has an adjustable strap that locks your off-hand into one permanent position. The J-Strap locks you into position but allows more of a natural flexion position of the off-hand as you follow through to your shot.  Therefore, the J-Strap doesn't force you to shoot too rigid, allowing for the natural freedom of movement on your release.

• How do I know what size to order?

The J-Strap is one size fits all!  It will fit players ranging from 7 years of age all the way to the 7-foot Professional basketball player.  For younger players just wrap the excess length around their biceps region, followed by applying the velcro strap.

• How do I know how to properly wear and use the J-Glove?

Please visit the promo video on the front of this website.  At the end of the video it gives step-by-step instructons on how to properly wear the J-Strap.  If the player doesn't put it on correctly, it will not function properly.  So please make sure that enough pressure is applied once the strap is wrapped around the thumb region to prevent slack from building up as you wrap it around your forearm and biceps region.


• Is the Millennium Shooting DVD any good? or does it show you just how to use the J-Strap?

The answer is yes! The Millennium Shooting DVD (as well as all of our DVDs) are considered the top functional instruction in the world today.  It doesn't show you how to use the J-Strap, but rather how to shoot in todays game.  The Shooting DVD is the perfect complement in teaching what the J-Strap (and J-Glove) is trying to put forth, but also the numerous other biomechanical aspects of shooting that can only be covered by a true shooting professional.

• How long does shipping take in receiving a J-Glove order?

If unopened, your J-Strap can be refunded up to 15 days of your online purchase date.

• Will the J-Strap cure my follow through issues?

No, the J-Strap only cures off-hand issues of your shot.  To completely cure your dominant hand issues, please purchase the J-Glove Shooting Aid (www.jglove.com). The J-Strap is the sister product for the J-Glove and a perfect combination in achieving superior shooting results.
